• IT Solutions Coordinator
  Research, recommend, coordinate, and implement IT solutions in support of company business objectives. Provide support and guidance to team members through development and implementation of written standard operating procedures and peer coaching. Spearheading projects and participating in cross-functional teams, with lots of travel. 

• IT Specialist
  IT Specialist at Luke Family of Brands which entails managing infrastructures of Luke Family of Brands (and all businesses they own; Luke Oil, County Line Orchard, Luke Transport, LiqGo, etc). I worked intimately with Active Directory to manage accounts for users and access for the facilities and offices we use. Day to day activates included working with people from all the locations we own with all IT related issues all across Northwest Indiana.

  Managed the ticketing system and responded to users. Making sure all level 1 issues were taken care of. Provided technical support and assistance to employees, whether on the phone or in person. Ensuring satisfaction and ability to properly operate any software or technology they may be having trouble with.  

• Google Expert
  Knew everything within the Google Ecosystem they had (have) created. Educated users on what Google items and the Ecosystem could do for them. Ranging from products like; Chromebooks, Nest Cameras, Goole Home (speakers),  and a variety of Google 'ready' devices.
  
  Geek Squad
  Worked with clients to engage them to find out the problem  and more details about the nuances of what is causing them issues to best solve and resolve!
  
  

• PC & Camera Expert
  Worked with guests to find their exact needs for what item and software could suite them best. Learned a lot about getting people exactly what they would want.
